Just got back from a visit with a friend in Ventura. That drive is always beautiful... ocean on one side, mountains on the other. But today I drove home feeling especially thankful for inspiring stories and riding through the sunshine of a perfect summer day.
This weekend I'll be on the hunt for some lace + last minute (ish) notions for one or two designs before next week's photoshoot. I'll also be hanging with my sister-in-law during her swoop through town and then partaking in the very unglamorous act of cleaning house.
At least I have a nice choice of aprons to wear to gussy things up a bit.
