I get that the world might be tired of the whole red velvet dessert thing, but I may not ever; especially when made in cahoots with salted caramel. It is not the way of my people to say no to salted caramel.
I found this recipe for red velvet and salted caramel whoopie pies via Adventures in Cooking and had to add it to my list. One of my goals for this year is to bake more. This would be a good one to entice me into doing just that.
