I make a party hat for Mars the Dog every year on his birthday. He hates it. But I swear it's the only time I ever force him to wear anything, because you know, he looks so sad having to endure the struggle of anything but his nekkid self after 3 minutes and so I give in to him with extra treats and comfort hugs.
I still like a good party hat though...
