Even before Sebastian opened his shop around the corner from Coffee Cat, I'd frequent the coffee shop both for its stellar location across from the historic courthouse downtown and for the lovely owner, Krista Fritzen's choice of baristas (is that the official title?). I'm big on personable and nice people so I can totally appreciate this aspect of a business. Also, I'm hooked on both their vanilla latte and ginger dragon drinks, so it's a win-win-win.
And whenever friends and family visit, we always swing by Coffee Cat. Always.
