1. Waxing Poetic's Summerland shop opening. I was only able to get there at the tail end of the festivities, but got to check out how gorgeous this new boutique turned out. There were beautiful flower arrangements by friend, Kerstin at Blue Magnolia...
and here's me with Stephanie, lead designer at Waxing Poetic (can you see those floor tiles? They were shipped over from Italy. So perfect for that space...)
I wish I took a better photo of this insane wall "frescoupage" that Steph created so you could see the detail involved. Such a stunning achievement...
