You know what this is? It's milk pudding with Turkish cotton candy. And then I think it's got some notes of apricot + orange in it, too, which makes for a decadent Summer afternoon treat.
I'm kind of flipping out over this + would love to try my [awkward baking] hand at it. I suspect I won't succeed with much distinction, but isn't it just so pretty to look at? At least until I can get someone else to make this for me... (I'm looking at you, Jen Newlin!).
